The 60 Plus Association, on behalf of more than seven million seniors and hundreds of thousands of small businesses across the country, and over 200,000 seniors here in the Garden State, thank most sincerely members of the state legislature from both parties, who are acting in a truly bi-partisan spirit, to deal with two of the most unpopular and unfair of all taxes the state estate and inheritances taxes.

Grimes Follows Obama’s Lead – Refuses to Support Death Tax Repeal

Jim Martin: Once again Alison Grimes made it clear she stands with Obama, and against Kentucky seniors and farmers.

Death Tax Repeal Reaches 218 Cosponsors

(Alexandria, VA) – With strong backing and support from the 60 Plus Association, today H.R. 2429, the Death Tax Repeal Act of 2013, achieved 218 cosponsors, ensuring it has the required votes for passage from a majority of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Hillary Clinton Caught in Death Tax Hypocrisy

Leading death tax group calls on Mrs. Clinton to either stop dodging the death tax or support repeal for all Americans.

(Alexandria, VA) – In another chapter of Washington’s book titled, “Do as I Say, Not as I Do,” death tax champion Hillary Clinton was revealed to be re-arranging her family assets to avoid exposure to the federal estate tax, commonly known as the ‘death tax.’  Reports from Bloomberg news illustrate how Mrs. Clinton and her former-President husband created trusts specifically to prevent assets from falling prey to the death tax.

Pat Boone Sings Praises of Charles Djou for Support of Permanent Repeal of Death Tax

(Honolulu, HI) – A national non-partisan senior citizens group announced today that 1st district GOP congressional candidate Charles Djou has received its Benjamin Franklin Award because “he has vowed to support full and permanent repeal of the federal estate tax ‘death tax.’” With more than 7.2 million senior supporters nationally, the 60 Plus Association is a nationally recognized senior citizen advocacy group, and the acknowledged leader in the fight to repeal the federal estate, or “death tax” as it more accurately termed because dying triggers the unfair, double tax.
