“The endlessly repeated argument that most Americans are the descendants of immigrants ignores the fact the most Americans are NOT the descendants of ILLEGAL immigrants.” -Thomas Sowell
Platform vs Project 2025: See information below in several articles.
The Republican Platform is President Trump’s agenda and commitment to America.
Project 2025 is the Democrat’s distraction from the campaign, attacking a set of policy suggestions that are NOT Trump’s or Trump’s campaign. Just a set of suggestions for the next president, whomever they may be, take it or leave it, some of it or none of it.
The Democrats are good at “spinning” lies and distractions… remember the Russian Hoax, Hunter’s laptop, abortion bans, and more.
Read the platform… it’s as clear as possible of the America President Trump envisions.
We’re Arguing For?!?: Governor Kristi Noem summed up the argument for electing Donald Trump and the issues we have with liberal/progressive Democrats in a short tweet:
Things you never thought you’d have to argue for:
Only American citizens can vote in elections.
Only women can have babies.
Only girls should play girl’s sprots.
Border security is national security.
Farmers should be allowed to farm their family operations.
Short & sweet… and right on!
Mike Rogers Makes Michigan Competitive: The Detroit News endorsed Mike Rogers in the Republican primary. Earlier in the week, the respected Cook Political Report moved the Michigan Senate race to a “toss up.”
Michigan could determine who controls the U.S. Senate. The time is now to engage and help send Mike to the U.S. Senate!
President Trump Shot: After being shot at a rally in Pennsylvania yesterday President Trump got up and defiantly said “Fight, Fight!” to the crowd before being taken away by the Secret Service. Pray for our President and pray for our nation.

Republican 2024 Platform
The GOP Platform Committee released a simple, straightforward, America First Agenda to frame the issues and debate for the general election.
Although it doesn’t include everything I would have like to see, it does present the Trump agenda clearly and directly challenges and in many cases disputes the rhetoric from the left.
For seniors…it can’t be more direct and on target. It states:
“FIGHT FOR AND PROTECT SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE WITH NO CUTS, INCLUDING NO CHANGES TO THE RETIREMENT AGE.” The Democrats and Biden are lying when it comes to Social Security and Medicare. Now you can point to the platform…clear as day!
I Helped Write Project 2025’s Policies. Let’s Set the Record Straight
While a national debate ensued this past Fourth of July weekend about President Joe Biden’s mental faculties, the president issued a statement that surely didn’t help him sound any more rooted in reality. He claimed that his opponent, Donald Trump, has embraced the “extreme Project 2025 agenda,” which “should scare every single American.” That “agenda,” Biden warned, “would give Trump limitless power over our daily lives and let him…gut the checks and balances” in the Constitution.
Biden’s media allies dutifully echoed his ravings. Some called Project 2025 “a plan to transform government” and spawn “a dramatic expansion of presidential power.” Others said the project is “hellishly authoritarian” and was seemingly inspired by Adolf Hitler. The New York Times asserted that Project 2025 “rejects the idea that the government is composed of three separate branches with overlapping powers to check and balance each other.”
These claims have things completely backwards. Project 2025’s proposals would reinforce our system of government, not depart from it. They would strengthen our checks and balances, not weaken them. “Fundamentally transforming the United States of America,” as Barack Obama put it, is the stated mission of the Left, not the Right. Far from encouraging the exercise of unchecked power, Project 2025 is an ode to the Constitution.
Project 2025 published a thoughtful book-length policy blueprint called Mandate for Leadership 2025, which a conservative (or any) president would be free to draw from or ignore. Having authored the introductions to all five sections of that book, I’m likely one of only a few people actually familiar with the entire work—and it is nothing like what Biden suggests. As I wrote in the introduction to Section 1, “Above all, the President and those who serve under him or her must be committed to the Constitution and the rule of law.”
Democrats Have No Good Way Forward And Deserve To Suffer
It’s horrible when bad things happen to good people. This isn’t a story about that, this is a story about bad things happening to Democrats – think of it as evidence that karma may, in fact, exist. Or at least that God has a sense of humor. Because the corner that Democrats have painted themselves into has no good or easy way out, and the only have themselves to blame.

This doesn’t mean that Democrats are going to lose – never underestimate the Republican skill of being able to blow an election – it just means it will take extraordinary events in order to just get them back to even.
Does Joe Biden survive the week is not a crack about his age, it’s a question about his will. Sooner or later, the time will come where enough Democrats look at a shrinking calendar and poll numbers and realize there is likely not enough of the former to make up for the latter. But all of their alternatives are just as tainted by Joe Biden as Joe Biden is.
It’s a glorious mess they’ve created for themselves. That they’ve taken so much of the media with them is the icing on top. How can they get out of it?
There is no good way.
Why Democrats must now push out Kamala Harris
It has been reported that aides and allies of Vice President Kamala Harris are upset that her name is not coming up in conversations about which Democrat might best replace President Joe Biden at the convention in late August, should it come to that. The part that adds insult to injury for the vice president and her close supporters is that these conversations are originating with fellow Democrats or liberal pundits.
Since Biden’s disastrous debate performance against former President Donald J. Trump on June 27, we have consistently seen the names of California Gov. Gavin Newsom, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro and even Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg thrown into the mix. Often absent from many of the lists of those who might replace Biden is his own vice president. Why?
It’s quite easy to understand, once one accepts the premise that many in the liberal mainstream media hate Trump with an unhinged passion and want anyone — anyone — to defeat him in November. Exhibit A in all of this being the New York Times. Time and again, they have rallied to the defense of Biden anytime anyone dared to raise the now obviously legitimate concern that his cognitive decline might render him unsuitable for a second term.
Democrats Will Have Only Themselves to Blame When They Lose
Republicans and others are pleased, and salivating over, President Joe Biden’s terrible debate performance.
Concurrently, Democratic Party loyalists are happy to discuss anything, besides the abysmal record of the administration of our nation’s 46h president.
If we want the GOP to retake the White House, the U.S. Senate, and expand the majority in the U.S. House, we must understand that the Democrats biggest most exploitable weakness isn’t their “messenger,” it’s actually their awful, unhinged, out of touch, dangerous, radical Woke agenda.
A creed and platform that has tanked the economy for middle-class and working-class families nationally.
President Biden can have another five debates with Former-President Trump, and he can literally mumble every single response to every question, and he still has a better chance of keeping the presidency in Democratic hands more than any other prospective contender against Donald Trump.
While it sounds highly unlikely, consider the alternatives.
The fact that someone like Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Gavin Newsom, D-Calif., former first lady Michelle Obama, or Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, D-Mich., would be more articulate in expressing the Democrats insane policy priorities, that isn’t going to help them with voters in November.
In boxing, we often hear that “styles make fights.”
The same truism applies to candidate debates.
Trump Leads In Key Swing State Where Many Voters Say Immigration Made Life ‘Worse,’ Poll Finds
Former President Donald Trump is leading President Joe Biden in Wisconsin, where many voters claimed immigration made the state’s quality of life “worse,” according to an American Greatness poll exclusively released to the Daily Caller News Foundation on Thursday.
Trump leads Biden 46% to 44% in a two-way race, compared to an even split at 45% in April, according to the poll. Only 13% of likely voters said that immigration has improved the “quality of life in the state,” while 34% said it made it worse.
“Wisconsin figures to be a very tight race once again, as reflected by this new polling,” Steve Cortes, former senior advisor to President Trump and polling consultant to American Greatness, told the DCNF. “In such a close election, the more we highlight the damage of Biden’s open border, the more likely battleground state voters are to return Donald Trump to the White House.”
Wisconsin has voted for the Democratic presidential nominee every year since 1988, except for in 2016 when it went for Trump.
Biden’s Illegal Immigration Problem Has Gone From Bad To Worse As High-Profile Murders Rock US
A slate of high-profile crimes against women, allegedly committed at the hands of illegal migrants, has brought the issue of illegal immigration into sharper focus as the 2024 presidential election draws closer.
The killing of a nursing student in Georgia, the rape and murder of mother of five in Maryland, the strangulation killing of 12-year-old girl in Texas and several other significant local crimes has steadily compiled in recent months, prompting the passage of new legislation at the state level and keeping immigration in the news. The negative headlines have forced President Joe Biden, already dealing with low marks on immigration due to the ongoing border crisis, to remain on the defensive. (RELATED: ICE Nabs Illegal Migrant Wanted On Child Rape Charges After He Was Released Into US Years Earlier)
Biden was pushed into speaking about one significant murder during his most recent State of the Union speech.
“Lincoln [Laken] Riley, an innocent young woman who was killed,” Biden began to say during the 2024 State of the Union address. The president was speaking about border security when Georgia GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene yelled at him to “say her name.”
Biden held up a pin given to him by Greene and began to speak about the murder that took place a month prior.
All the reasons why Trump’s tax-free tips plan is brilliant
Trump no taxes on tips idea builds on his call to make permanent his 2017 tax cuts
President Trump’s tax-free tip plan is a stroke of genius that cuts straight to the heart of the tax issue, making it clear that Republicans are the party of low taxes for everyone.
Trump’s proposal would make workers’ tips non-taxable.
“I will eliminate taxes on tips for restaurant workers and hospitality workers, and anyone else relying on tips, no more taxes on tips,” Trump said.
President Trump’s pledge to eliminate federal taxes on tipped income is inspiring a frenzy of restaurant customers to post their checks online, complete with handwritten notes endorsing Trump’s policy.
Photos have been circulating all over social media showing servers receiving – in addition to a check with their gratuity – a handwritten message calling for their support of Trump due to his promise of tax-free tips.
It is a great incentive for millions of Americans to return to the workforce post-COVID. It organically connects work and reward in real time.
Biden’s Idea Of ‘Secure Elections’ Is Letting People Who Might Not Be Citizens Keep Voting
As congressional Democrats are preparing to fight legislation that would require proof of citizenship to register to vote, President Joe Biden came out against the bill on Monday, slamming the election security measure while also promising to “fight” for “secure elections.” The bill is up for a vote in the House on Wednesday.
Why would anyone who claims to want to “secure elections” oppose a bill that simply creates a mechanism to enforce existing prohibitions on alien voting? Given that Biden has let in almost as many illegal immigrants in less than four years as Ellis Island processed legally over 60 years, the bill protects against threats to our elections that Biden’s refusal to enforce America’s southern border has exacerbated.
Billionaire X owner Elon Musk suggested Sunday night that the only reason Democrats would oppose the bill is “because they want to cheat.”
Republicans should see the demise of the Tories as a warning
When the Conservative Party of the United Kingdom won a landslide majority in the 2019 general election, it did so with a simple message of “Get Brexit Done,” which earned the party seats in traditional Labour Party strongholds.
These seats were dubbed the “red wall” and voted to leave the European Union in 2016 but were nevertheless considered out of reach for the Conservative Party under even the best of circumstances. But in 2019, these seats sent Conservative candidates to parliament.
Five tumultuous years later, a number of the Conservative members of Parliament that represented these historic Labour strongholds are packing their bags and heading home as voters ousted them from office in a show of disdain for the party that has governed.
But one member of Parliament did hold on to his seat: Lee Anderson, who represents Ashfield. He quit the Conservative Party to run as a member of Reform UK, an upstart populist party led by Nigel Farage, who was also elected to Parliament in Clacton.
Anderson understood, unlike the other members of his party, that the Conservative Party had failed to deliver on the mandate of the 2019 election, which tasked the government with implementing Brexit in such a way that would allow the nation to regain its sovereignty on immigration and restore the industrial class of the U.K.
The wipeout for the Conservative Party is a warning for the Republican Party across the pond that ignoring the interests of white working-class voters who previously supported the opposing party will all too quickly return to that party if they do not feel heard.
Michigan Senate Moves To Toss Up as Democrats Try To Defy Political Gravity Amid Biden’s Drop
Following Joe Biden’s debate performance two weeks ago, many Democrats’ concerns turned not to whether the president would win reelection — a diminishing prospect — but if he would drag down-ballot Democrats down with him.
Among the trifecta of the House, Senate and White House, the upper chamber has long been in the most peril. Democrats hold a 51-49 majority, but with the open West Virginia seat expected to easily flip from blue to red, the Senate battle effectively starts out at 50-50.
So one fundamental truth is becoming even more glaringly obvious for Senate Democrats as holding the presidency becomes less likely: there is essentially no path to keeping their Senate majority unless Biden wins reelection. If former President Donald Trump wins, his vice president would break a tie.
Thus, even if every vulnerable Senate Democrat wins reelection, it wouldn’t be enough to keep their majority intact. Democrats still point to long-shot chances to flip GOP-held seats in Texas and Florida (we rate both as Likely Republican), but if Biden craters nationally such a scenario seems fantastical.
Five Reasons to Take Social Security Early (and Four Reasons to Wait)
You may feel the reasons to take Social Security early outweigh the disadvantages, and you’d be correct, but only under certain circumstances. A record number of people will retire in 2024, with four million Baby Boomers turning 65. Although experts say it’s often better to wait to claim your Social Security benefits, many Americans opt to take their benefits early.
The Social Security program began during the Great Depression as a form of social insurance to address ongoing poverty rates among senior citizens. The Social Security Act, part of Roosevelt’s New Deal, was enacted on August 14, 1935, when lawmakers set the retirement age at 65. It stayed that way until Congress overhauled the system in 1983 and gradually raised the full retirement age to 67 for those born in 1960 or later.
About 27.3% of working Americans claimed Social Security benefits at age 62, according to a Bankrate survey that analyzed 2022 claims. Just over 13% took Social Security at age 65, when many born before 1960 hit full retirement age, while 24.7% took it at age 70 when the monthly benefit can no longer be increased by waiting.
