A competitive communications market is important to New Jersey’s seniors and to New Jersey’s future.
Competition and consumer choice mean jobs. Jobs now, and jobs in the future for our children and grandchildren.
On 3/21, the New Jersey State Senate will vote on S-2664, “the Market Competition and Consumer Choice Act”. S-2664 will modernize regulations in New Jersey to promote investment and innovation from the private sector, while protecting the services we already have.
Existing regulations on the communications industry in New Jersey are out-dated. Modernizing these laws will allow more companies to invest in the state, creating greater competition and more choices for consumers. More competition will also ensure access to the services we need.
The time is now to support reform and S-2664.
