60 Plus Association Joins Coalition Applauding The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act
Alexandria, VA – Today, 60 Plus Association joined a coalition of over 40 state and national conservative and tax policy organizations applauding the House of Representative for putting forth pro-growth tax reform legislation. In a letter, sent to every member of the House of Representatives, the coalition voiced support for the proposed legislation that will raise wages and take-home pay, incentivize investment here in the U.S., and level the playing field for American workers and job creators.
“We applaud Congress for its important work so far, and for the effort that will come in the days ahead,” the letter states. “We ask you to preserve the bill’s value for middle-class workers and job creators, and to pass legislation that will unleash our dynamic, world-class economy and workforce.”
The full letter, hand-delivered to the office of every House member, can be read here.
