Joe Biden, Not Trump, Is Responsible For Creating Constant Chaos
We’ve been repeatedly told the problem with Trump is that his administration was nonstop chaos — but you have to be an ignoramus or a journalist to believe that political affairs under Biden haven’t become far more chaotic.
At the end of last year, when everyone was still going through the motions of pretending Nikki Haley was running a viable campaign against Trump, I noted she was making, in my humble opinion, the absolute worst argument that could be made against her supposed rival. Some version of the following remark became a fixture in her stump speeches for the next few months until she inevitably dropped out.
“And the truth of it all — and this is another hard truth — I believe President Trump was the right president at the right time. I was proud to serve America in his administration, and I agree with a lot of his policies. But the truth is, rightly or wrongly, chaos follows him,” said Haley. “You know I’m right. Chaos follows him. We have too much division in this country and too many threats around the world to be sitting in chaos once again.”
This was a repulsive and dishonest observation coming from an ostensible Republican. The vast majority of “chaos” surrounding Trump’s presidency came from a never-ending barrage of wildly disingenuous media coverage surrounding manufactured scandals such as the Russia-collusion hoax.
Further, if by some incredible turn of events Haley did somehow become the Republican nominee, the same cabal of media and deep-state operatives that smeared Trump and even accused milquetoast Mitt Romney of being a dog-abusing, gay-bashing felon who gave people cancer would no doubt turn on a dime to “fortify” any presidential election in which Haley was the nominee by lying about her too.
Is Biden Hopelessly Out Of Touch With Main Street America?
In 1992, Democratic presidential nominee Bill Clinton famously told the American voters hurting from a lousy economy: “I feel your pain.”
Whether Bill was for once being sincere or not, it was a good line, and it resonated.
Now, Joe Biden is running for reelection with the opposite message: stop complaining. Everything is going great. Some of his sycophants in Congress and his stooges in the media are now complaining that the problem isn’t Biden’s failed policies, but that Americans are just too stupid to understand how good things are today.
Gail Collins of the New York Times recently groused: “I know that we aren’t supposed to lecture people about how good their lives are, but it’s weird that the nation doesn’t seem more conscious of how well things are going…Prices have begun to stabilize or even drop (sic).”
She might as well have taken out a bullhorn and screamed: Listen up all you little people: Bidenomics is as good as it gets. You’re just going to have to learn to live with 20% higher prices, trillion-dollar deficits, declining purchasing power, schools that don’t teach, crime on the streets, a porous border, and $4 a gallon gas.
Biden Admin Has Flown Over 400,000 Migrants To Airports Across US
The U.S. has flown in over 400,000 migrants from a host of countries since President Joe Biden took office, according to Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Under the Biden administration’s CHNV program, some nationals hailing from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela can be eligible to come to the United States “in a safe and orderly way” and obtain humanitarian parole status, meaning they are here legally and can obtain work authorization. Over 400,000 migrants hailing from these nations have been flown into airports across the U.S. as of March, CBP said in a statement on Friday.
Broken down by numbers, 154,000 Haitians, 95,000 Venezuelans, 84,000 Cubans and 69,000 Nicaraguans have “arrived lawfully and were granted parole” via the CHNV program since January 2023, according to CBP. Roughly 433,000 migrants from these nations have been approved for travel.
White House Report Card: Inflation, Bidenomics choking the nation
This week’s White House Report Card finds President Joe Biden being hobbled by a new surge of consumer inflation, threatening his reelection chances and delaying an interest rate cut by the Federal Reserve.
Instead of reversing his high-spending ways, however, the president unveiled plans for more to be dumped into deadbeat student loans, an election-year move aimed at winning back younger voters who have been nonplussed by his presidency.
He did get a boost politically when abortion surged back into the top issues after Arizona’s highest court cited a Civil War-era law to ban most of the procedures in the state.
But his continued scolding of Israel and Iran’s threat to attack the Jewish state again has the world on edge.
There was some humor during the week thanks to the State Visit of Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and his funny references to current culture.
Here are the massive tax increases coming your way in a second Biden term
Donald Trump has outlined his plans for federal taxation should he be elected.
“I will make the Trump tax cuts permanent. You know they expire in a year. And we will cut your taxes even more than that,” he said in a speech in North Charleston, South Carolina, on Feb. 14, 2024.
Trump made the direction clear. Lower.
But President Biden has also made his plan clear: He wants to wallop Americans with a $5 trillion tax increase.
Biden’s written plan calls for a small business tax hike, a corporate tax hike, a capital gains and dividends tax hike, income tax hikes, energy tax hikes and even a second Death Tax on top of the first one.
Biden would increase the corporate income tax from today’s 21% to 28%. That’s a higher tax rate than communist China and France and the U.K., each at 25%.
Now add the average state corporate income tax at 4% and the average combined Biden rate would be 32%. That would be the second-highest corporate income tax in the developed world. Just below Colombia.
Musk: Letting ‘Flood’ of ‘Unvetted People’ Into US ‘Insane’
Tech billionaire Elon Musk sounded off on social media about the number of illegal immigrants that have entered the United States during President Joe Biden’s administration.
“More than the population of 36 states in just over 3 years!” Musk wrote in a post on X on Tuesday. “I am very much in favor of legal immigration, being an immigrant myself, but allowing a flood of millions of unvetted people to enter the United States illegally is insane.”
Musk, a South African immigrant, was responding to a post by conservative commentator Ashley St. Clair, which claimed 7.2 million illegal immigrants have arrived in the U.S. since Biden took office in 2021.
“Over 1,000 of them took over NYC City Hall Park here to protest being sent to shelters and they are demanding permanent housing,” St. Clair said, including a picture of herself holding a sign that read “7.2 million” with what appeared to be foreign nationals in the background.
According to Customs and Border Protection, more than 9.5 million migrants have illegally crossed into the country, as of the most recent data from March.
This isn’t the first time Musk has raised concerns about the hazards of illegal immigration.
Sen Hawley calls on Energy Secretary Granholm to resign in heated exchange over stock trades
‘It is outrageous that you misled us,’ Hawley says
Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., called on Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm to resign Tuesday following a heated exchange over her past financial transactions.
Hawley’s tense back-and-forth with Granholm came during a Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee hearing held to review the Department of Energy’s (DOE) 2025 budget request. The Missouri Republican excoriated the energy secretary for violating the STOCK Act and for continuing to own shares of individual companies last year despite testifying that she did not own any individual stock.
“It is outrageous that you misled us. It is outrageous that you are continuing to mislead us,” Hawley remarked. “This has got to change. And, frankly, you should go.”
Early in her tenure leading the Department of Energy, it was revealed that Granholm violated the STOCK Act nine times by failing to disclose $240,000 worth of stock sales within the legally-mandated time frame.
Biden Admin Targets Lightbulbs as Part of Climate Agenda
The Biden administration is now taking aim at lightbulbs as part of its climate agenda, announcing Friday new efficiency standards that will “slash harmful greenhouse gas pollution” and set levels that can only be met by LED bulbs.
In her announcement, Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm set the goal of cutting 70 million metric tons of “dangerous carbon dioxide emissions” when the new standards take effect in July 2028.
“Making common household appliances more efficient is one of the most effective ways to slash energy costs and cut harmful carbon emissions,” Granholm said in the announcement. “Under President Biden and as directed by Congress, DOE is following the lead of lightbulb manufacturers, helping American families flip the switch on massive energy savings through strengthened energy efficiency standards.”
She claimed that the new standards will save Americans more than $27 billion on utility bills. This comes the same day that a new analysis found that energy costs are up nearly 30% in Joe Biden’s presidency.

Trump, who was raised as a Presbyterian but didn’t exactly lead the life of a devout man, appears to focus his policies firmly on defending the Judeo-Christian principles that have served as the foundation of American culture since its inception. This is in stark contrast to President Biden, ostensibly a cradle Catholic but whose views on abortion prompted some of his fellow Catholics to call for Biden’s disqualification from communion. Indeed, the policies of the 46th president and his fellow Democrats appear to contribute to, if not drive, the transformation of our country into a Godless nation.

Senate Dems unveil $79M campaign ad plan
Senate Democrats have unveiled a $79 million advertising plan to boost their chances of keeping the majority in the upper chamber after November.
Democrats are headed toward Election Day with a narrow 51-49 majority in the Senate as hopeful Republicans look to retake it. The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) plans to spend more than $79 million in television, digital and radio advertising starting in nine states, according to a committee aide.
“Senate Republicans’ roster of unvetted, unpopular candidates bring disqualifying personal flaws and toxic policy positions to their races — when general election voters learn about them they’ll see why they should be nowhere near the U.S. Senate,” DSCC Executive Director Christie Roberts said in a statement to The Hill.
“This advertising campaign will make the choice in each Senate race clear, enables the DSCC to communicate with voters in the most effective way and ensures we protect Democrats’ Senate majority,” Roberts added.

Michael Cohen is an admitted liar. He’s still going to be the star witness against Trump

By his own admission, he has lied in court. He has lied to the media. And he has pleaded guilty to lying to Congress.
Now, he’s set to be state prosecutors’ key witness against Donald Trump.
Michael Cohen, the former president’s fixer-turned-foe, is expected to tell jurors in the criminal trial starting Monday that Trump directed him to pay $130,000 in hush money to porn star Stormy Daniels so that she wouldn’t go public in the final weeks of the 2016 election with an allegation about a sexual encounter with Trump. Prosecutors have accused the former president of falsifying business records reflecting Trump’s reimbursements to Cohen.
But while the prosecution’s ability to prove its case at trial could hinge on Cohen’s first-hand account of the hush money arrangement, Cohen also may be its most problematic witness due to long-running questions about his ability to tell the truth.
“If a jury doesn’t believe him, that’s it,” said Catherine Christian, a former Manhattan assistant district attorney.
Cohen’s credibility has undoubtedly been tarnished over the years, but it was recently redeemed by a judge in a different Trump trial: the New York attorney general’s civil lawsuit in which the former president was found liable for corporate fraud. Cohen’s testimony about Trump’s practice of inflating the value of his assets helped result in a half-billion dollar judgment against Trump.
Just 10 streams carry 95% of all river-borne plastic into the ocean
Just ten rivers are responsible for up to 95% of all river-borne plastic trash that ends up in the sea. Silver lining: cleaning them up would have a huge positive impact.
Cheap, durable and multifunctional, plastic is one of humanity’s most successful inventions. From the 1950s to 2015, we’ve produced 8.3 billion metric tons of the stuff. By now, it’s everywhere. It’s also non-biodegradable. And that’s devastating the environment. Only 9% of all plastic waste has been recycled, and another 12% has been incinerated. That means that almost 80%—nearly 6.3 billion tons—has turned into waste with no half-life to speak of: condemned to an eternity as landfill, litter or ocean-clogging junk.
Every year, plastic kills around 1 million seabirds, 100,000 sea mammals and inestimable numbers of fish. The volume of plastic trash in the world’s oceans is currently estimated to be around 150 million tons. No less than eight million tons are added to that every year—that’s one truckload every minute. Between 0.5 and 2.75 million tons come from rivers alone.
Large rivers are particularly efficient conveyors of plastic waste to the oceans, especially in countries lacking a well-developed waste management infrastructure. Up to 95% of river-borne plastic comes from just 10 rivers, scientists at the Helmholtz Center for Environmental Research in Leipzig, Germany have found.
