“Here’s my strategy on the Cold War: we win, they lose.”
-President Ronal Reagan
“Putin started this war. Putin committed war crimes. Putin is the dictator who murdered his opponents.”
-Congressman Don Bacon (R-NE)
“Vladimir Putin is a vile dictator and thug, who has worked in a concerted effort with China and Iran to undermine and destabilize the United States, Europe, Israel, and the free world. He is not our friend, nor our ally.”
-Congressman Mike Lawler (R-NY)
“Putin cannot be trusted, he is a war criminal. He should be in prison for life, or even executed.”
-U.S. Senator Roger Wicker
“Vladimir Putin started the war. I also believe through bitter experience that Vladimir Putin is a gangster.”
-U.S. Senator John Kennedy
“The actions that we’re taking [with DOGE] with the support of the President and the support of the agencies are what will save Medicare, what will save Social Security.”
-Elon Musk
CPAC: I attended my first CPAC in 1979…and have been to everyone since then.
Its great to run into new and old friends from around the country and these days even from around the world as conservatives gather to network, share and get motivated for the challenges ahead.
Under President Trump’s leadership the optimism and excitement is contagious. Activists from across the country feel all is not lost. In fact, our best days are clearly ahead and conservative common sense policies will continue to win elections as the left goes progressively more WOKE.
Social Security & Medicare: DOGE has found that MILLIONS of Social Security checks are going out to people OVER 104 years old?!?
I think once DOGE gets done reviewing, finding, and fixing the fraud and abuse within Social Security and Medicare, BOTH will be stronger, more viable and give us time to implement meaningful reform.
President Trump has promised NOT to cut Social Security and Medicare.
Speaker Johnson has promised NOT to cut Social Security and Medicare.
Senate Majority Leader Thune has promised NOT to cut Social Security and Medicare.
Let DOGE do their work… Republicans are keeping their promise to preserve and strengthen Social Security and Medicare!
There is still a lot that has to be done. But finding and eliminating fraud and abuse are important first steps.
Don’t let Democrats lie and distort the truth. Their efforts to scare senior citizens, average Americans, and taxpayers are shameless.
President Trump and Republicans are keeping their promises!
…And Just Like That…Democrats Don’t Like Investigations Anymore😊: After years of lawfare and Soviet style investigations… now DOGE performing audits looking for waste and abuse is creating a Constitutional Crisis.
Hypocrisy, double standards, greed, bribes, kickbacks… ALL at taxpayers’ expense.
It’s just an audit… no harm, no foul. We’ll see.
President Trump is Shaking Up the Swamp…BUT…: I’m nervous about the President’s rhetoric about Russia’s war in Ukraine and his intentions about NATO. I also understand that the “devil is in the details,” and President Trump has his own way of negotiating that works pretty well… but not without causing a lot of consternation among his allies and friends.
100% with Trump on preserving & strengthening Social Security and Medicare.
100% with Trump on their efforts with DOGE and shrinking government/deficits.
100% with Trump on securing our borders and mass deportation of criminals.
100% with Trump on his efforts for “One Big Beautiful Bill” on the budget.
However, I am definitely worried about the perceived willingness to sell out Ukraine and Eastern Europe for some Russian appeasement.
I think it’s dangerous for Americans and our European allies to jump to conclusions about where President Trump and America will end up with regards to our trans-Atlantic relationship.
I get the objective and strategic value of normalizing relations with Russia… but in Ronald Reagan’s profound words, we better “trust but verify” and have enforcement capabilities in place… and unfortunately, Russia’s record of abiding by agreements isn’t very good.
President Trump Is Wrong: Let’s get the facts straight.
Putin/Russia attacked Ukraine and started this war.
Putin is a war criminal who has violated virtually every civilized norm.
Putin is a dictator, elected by sham elections where opponents were barred or killed.
Putin’s Russia Are War Criminals: Stopping the war takes one simple step… just force Russia to withdraw back to their own country and stop threatening its neighbors.
Simple… just maybe not easy.
Russian dictators have a history of ONLY understanding power. If and when they think they can get away with something, they’ll do it… again and again.
They abide by NO norms. Killing civilians, kidnapping children, and bombing non-military targets are all part of their state-sponsored terror campaign.
IF and WHEN Ukraine accepts any peace or deal, it must be on terms they agree to and that will safeguard Europe from future Russian aggression. Military invasion should NOT be rewarded.
Treaties and agreements mean nothing without the military might to back them up.
Europe needs to step up, and the United States shouldn’t walk away!
The ONLY answer is Peace through Strength!
Illia Ponomarenko on Twitter with a Good Summary: Russia vs. Ukraine
1. Russia didn’t start a war of annihilation because Ukraine (wanted to join) NATO – Ukraine wants NATO because Russia is waging a war of annihilation.
2. Ukraine is not fighting Russia because it ‘was wrong to trust America’ – Ukraine is fighting because Russia is trying to wipe it off the map, and Ukraine is doing everything humanly possible to survive as a free, independent nation instead of being crushed under a totalitarian fascist regime.
3. Russia’s so-called ‘peace deal’ has never been anything but Ukraine’s destruction and absorption.
That’s not on Zelensky, Boris Johnson, or even George Soros. The only one responsible is Vladimir Putin’s fascist regime, which launched the biggest war in Europe since Adolf Hitler to reconquer its former colony.
Trump’s America and the Reagan Coalition: Ronald Reagan brought us the “Reagan Democrats” while Donald Trump brought us the “MAGA Movement.”
Voters, taxpayers, and folks wanting common sense policies are supporting President Trump and his policies in record numbers. However, his rhetoric on Ukraine and Eastern Europe is scaring a lot of Americans whose families immigrated from Eastern Europe. The oppression they fled and the peace and prosperity their homelands have gained since the fall of the Berlin Wall are still near and dear to their hearts.
The Republicans in the U.S. Senate have a historic opportunity to pick up as many as 4 additional seats in 2025 in Michigan, Minnesota, Georgia, and New Hampshire. All home to many Eastern European immigrants.
The Republicans in the House need to hold on to some pretty tightly won seats in swing districts that also are home to many Eastern European immigrants.
The MAGA Movement and the NEXT presidential elections will depend on swing voters for an Electoral College victory in some VERY important battle ground states across the country. In 1976, then President Ford learned the hard way when his comments were perceived to sell out ethnic Eastern Europeans to the Soviets… giving Jimmy Carter his surprise victory.
Ukrainian-Americans, Polish-Americans, Lithuanian-Americans, and many others live, worship and have cultural centers in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Neveda, Arizona and Florida to name a few. Swing 1-5% of these voters… and so many hard fought for policies will all be for naught.
Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact II: “Keep Calm,” I am making the assumption President Trump knows exactly what he is doing. He is NOT going to sell out our European allies or Ukraine.
The “Art of the Deal” is just that, and Trump is a master of the deal.
I’m nervous; I don’t like some of the things I’m hearing… but I too don’t want to jump to conclusions or make assumptions. Let Trump and his team work the deal. Russia is arrogant and will think they have fooled the President and the Americans. I wouldn’t bet on it.
Europe will have to step up and do more. That’s a good thing.
Russia has a chance for peace if they want it and will have to live by international norms.
Ukraine can and should be a free, democratic member of the civilized world.
There is NOT another Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact in the making.
I had a chance to personally talk to the Speaker of the House Mike Johnson this week, and he reiterated the point that there is a process and President Trump is one of the best at what he does. His comments on multiple fronts made me feel much more at ease… however, there is still a long way to go with many issues that need to be addressed.
I truly believe President Trump is the leader we need to bring peace in our time for Europe and the Middle East. None of which is without genuine concern for those of us who are not on the inside… but I have faith and hope that President Trump is the transformational leader I, and a majority of America, voted for!
Dividing America: Please keep in mind the Russians and others who would like to divide America and Americans are hard at work spreading disinformation, stirring anxieties, stoking concerns, and hate where they can. Their minions on social media are pros at this. Don’t put it past China and Iran to jump in and help stir the pot.
And then there’s the enemy from within. There are those who love the partisan divide. They love to see friends and family fight one another. Folks like ANTIFA and others hate America. Controversial issues are valuable tools for those who want to divide us.
Don’t jump to conclusions. Follow the facts. Follow the process. Let your concerns be known, but don’t overact until you know all the facts.
United we stand… divided we fall.
God Bless America!

This Week: Elon Musk and DOGE clean house as the Democrats protest in support of continued fraud, waste, and abuse of tax payer money!
Elon Musk’s DOGE Team Uncovers Over 25 Million People Ages 100+ in Social Security Database, Some Older Than the Constitution: “There are a Lot of Vampires Collecting Social Security”

Elon Musk’s DOGE team has unearthed jaw-dropping irregularity from the U.S. Social Security database.
The numbers are truly mind-boggling: over 25 million Americans registered aged 100 and older, with some purportedly older than the U.S. Constitution itself.
Late Sunday night, Musk tweeted a staggering claim accompanied by a table of ages, suggesting that the Social Security Administration might be paying out benefits to “vampires.”
“According to the Social Security database, these are the numbers of people in each age bucket with the ‘death’ field set to FALSE. Maybe Twilight is real, and there are a lot of vampires collecting Social Security,” Musk quipped.
As of 2024, the U.S. Census Bureau estimates that approximately 101,000 Americans are aged 100 and older, representing about 0.03% of the total U.S. population.
This group, known as centenarians, is projected to more than quadruple over the next three decades, reaching around 422,000 by 2054, according to the Pew Research Center.
Here’s What’s Shocking About What These Biden-to-Trump Voters Said to Frank Luntz

Frank Luntz is waiting for Democrats to put out something so he can go about his business testing messaging and communications strategies. Thus far, they haven’t done it, and there could be a simple reason: There’s nothing they can really attack President Trump on that won’t end up with massive blowback. Trump is at the height of his power, with core tenets of his agenda boasting 60 percent voter support.
Luntz had a focus group with Biden-to-Trump voters, and their reactions shocked CNN host Brianna Keilar: They love what Trump is doing. The caveat is that they wish the president were a little more polite in his remarks, but his actions—they’re hardcore for what he’s doing—is slashing spending, securing the border, and reducing the fat in DC through the Department of Government Efficiency.
“They love the pace of change. They were very fed up over the last four years. They wanted action. They wanted results,” said Luntz. “They looked at prices. They looked at affordability. They looked at immigration. And they didn’t see anything happening. They still don’t like what he says, but they like what he does.”
Retired general: Putin will likely ‘wait out’ Trump term and take Ukraine

Retired U.S. Army Gen. Jack Keane said he suspects Russian President Vladimir Putin will wait for President Trump to leave office before trying to topple the government in Ukraine.
In an interview Saturday on Fox News, Keane said he does not think Putin will ever give up his long-term goal of taking over Ukraine, even if he accepts a peace agreement during Trump’s time in office.
Keane said he thinks Putin is “willing to, at some point, if the deal is OK with him, to accept a peace agreement and a ceasefire.”
“But he’s not given up on his strategic goal to topple the government in Ukraine and take over the country,” Keane continued, adding, “So, where is he coming from? He’ll wait out President Trump, I suspect, and attack.”
Trump administration officials have focused intently on beginning talks to negotiate an end to the Russia-Ukraine war, which began nearly three years ago when Putin led an unprovoked attack on his neighboring country.
Vance delivers a historic defense of free speech in Europe

In “Hillbilly Elegy: A Memoir of a Family and Culture in Crisis,” J.D. Vance wrote, “I don’t believe in epiphanies. I don’t believe in transformative moments, as transformation is harder than a moment.”
Despite that profound point, on Feb. 14, Vance found that transformative moment.
Speaking to European leaders at the Munich Security Conference, he shocked his audience by confronting them over their attacks on free speech in the West.
For the free speech community, it was truly Churchillian — no less than the famous Iron Curtain speech in which Churchill dared the West to confront the existential dangers of communism.
Roughly 80 years after Churchill’s speech, Vance called our allies to account not for the growing threat from countries like Russia or China, but from themselves. To a clearly shocked audience, Vance declared that he was not worried about “external actors” but “the threat from within the retreat of Europe from some of its most fundamental values, values shared with the United States of America.”
Vance then pulled back the curtain on the censorship and anti-free-speech policies of the European Union and close allies ranging from the United Kingdom to Sweden. He also chastised one of the most vehemently anti-free speech figures in Europe, Thierry Breton, who led the EU efforts to control speech with draconian measures under the infamous Digital Services Act.
Enjoy Watching The Misery Of Temper Tantrum Democrats

No matter how bad your life is, be thankful you aren’t a Democrat. If you’re currently pinned under a tanker truck rapidly leaking fuel that is rushing toward a lit cigarette held by the person who hates you most in this world, be thankful you aren’t a Democrat. If you aren’t a Democrat, you still have hope; if you aren’t a Democrat, there’s a chance you still possess a functioning brain. If you aren’t a Democrat, you don’t have to spend your days defending government waste and worthless bureaucracies at the expense of whatever dignity you may have left – you don’t have to live your life in a constant temper tantrum.
Have you ever had a reason to call a federal agency? Wouldn’t you rather practice self-dentistry than go through that again? Hours on hold and random disconnections. When you do get through, IF you get through, you’ve been transferred to the wrong person and have to start all over again because no one seems to know how the phone systems they work with every single day work. And God forbid you call less than an hour before the end of the business day, lest you be hung up on automatically after navigating the menus because the office is closed.
How do you defend that?
How do you defend the billions blown on garbage and given to left-wing causes with zero benefit to the American people?
You can’t. But Democrats have to.
Ok, they don’t “have to,” they choose to. They choose to because the alternative would be to work with Republicans and the Trump administration in the best interest of the American people, and they don’t give a damn about the best interest of the American people.
Democrats’ headaches multiply in battle for Senate

Minnesota Sen. Tina Smith’s (D) decision to not run for reelection in 2026 is adding another headache for Democrats trying to win back control of the Senate in two years.
Smith became the second Senate Democrat to announce their retirement in the past few weeks after Sen. Gary Peters (Mich.) also decided against seeking another term last month. Michigan is more solidly a battleground state than the Democratic-leaning Minnesota, which hasn’t elected a Republican senator in more than two decades.
But Smith’s retirement has offered Republicans a unique opening for the seat, likely requiring Democrats to put up some defense to keep it within the fold.
“I think there’s no question potentially this could expand the battleground map, right?” said Democratic strategist and attorney Abou Amara. “And so anytime you’re expanding the map to defend, that means you’ve got to have resources to do that.”
DOGE vs. USAID: ‘A Remarkable and Definite Victory’

DOGE’s exposure of USAID’s slush fund is a hard-fought victory against the Deep State, but as Churchill warned, it’s only the end of the beginning. The battle to reclaim government rages on.
After years of battlefield defeats, on November 10, 1942, Winston Churchill’s resolute voice filled the Mansion House during the Lord Mayor’s Luncheon to announce the outcome of the Battle of El Alamein: “Now, however, we have a new experience. We have victory—a remarkable and definite victory. The bright gleam has caught the helmets of our soldiers, and warmed and cheered all our hearts.”
One cannot help but wonder if Republican-populists and/or MAGA supporters felt the same way upon learning of the Department of Government Efficiency’s (DOGE) revelations regarding the United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) unconscionable expenditures and, subsequently, President Trump and Secretary of State Rubio’s swift shuttering of what constituted the Democrat Party’s taxpayer-subsidized, over $32 billion (2024) international and domestic political slush fund.
But USAID is not the only taxpayer-subsidized slush fund the Democrats enacted to fuel their party and, indeed, the entire political infrastructure of the left. One need only look at the multi-trillion-dollar spending spree, including bills such as the deceptively named “Inflation Reduction Act,” to understand how the then-Democrat majority and Mr. Biden skyrocketed both the federal debt and inflation for their own partisan gain at the expense of the American people.
While Trump Deports Undocumented Immigrants, Latino Voters Are Optimistic

While Trump Deports Undocumented Immigrants, Latino Voters Are OptimisticAP
Last week, President Trump signed the Laken Riley Act, kicking off the next phase of his siege on illegal immigration. Forty-six Democratic congress members and twelve Democratic senators supported the Act, which mandates the detention of unauthorized immigrants accused of theft and/or violent crime. And as hard as it might be to believe, Latino communities like mine are breathing a huge sigh of relief.
It’s not what you’d expect from recent news coverage. Headlines rife with buzzwords like “raids,” “roundups,” and “purge” are being used to caricature President Trump’s law-and-order approach to immigration and pin it as a rally against immigrant communities, largely Latino ones.
I used to buy this narrative when I was a child, and for good reason: My undocumented grandfather was arrested for charges related to marijuana possession. Yes, he broke the law, but he wasn’t hurting anyone. He was targeted because he was undocumented. “La Migra” became the boogeyman of my childhood nightmares. My cousins and I even made it the villain of our playground games – tag, hide-and-seek, cops and robbers. These innocent pastimes mirrored the terrifying stories we heard of immigration agents raiding community dances, schools, churches, libraries, or any space where the few Mexicans of our Midwestern town congregated.
Today, however, I recognize that it’s more complicated. The presence of actual violent criminals preying on Latino communities makes it clear that “La Migra” may actually be here to help.
Exclusive — Saul Anuzis: ‘Democrats Continue to Try to Scare Seniors’

Democrats “continue to try to scare seniors,” Saul Anuzis, president of the 60 Plus Association, said during an appearance on Breitbart News Saturday as he proceeded to expose their lies.
Anuzis and host Breitbart News Washington Bureau Chief Matthew Boyle discussed the importance of senior voters and highlighted President Donald Trump’s promises to them, despite the false narratives from the left.
“First of all, let’s remember President Trump has promised that he is not going to affect the payments and the process for Social Security and Medicare for seniors in America. And so, you know, he has made that promise,” he said, detailing a meeting with Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), where he reiterated that Republicans as a whole are committed to protecting both Social Security and Medicare.
Republicans, Anuzis added, are simply “looking for waste and abuse in the system.”
“Medicare in particular, has huge amounts of fraud in the system. You could, you could strengthen and protect Social Security and Medicare by probably 20 to 25 percent of all its funds by going after the waste and the fraud inside the system. I mean, there are billions of dollars of checks that are going out to people that either are not U.S. citizens — don’t deserve it … And so I think what you get to find with DOGE and what’s happening with Elon Musk and his team is they’re going to find all kinds of abuses … particularly inside of Medicare that is going to give — provide more funds to give to the people who are actually in need,” he predicted…
…“That’s why it’s important for President Trump to be so firm on his message, so important for the Senate Majority Leader and the Speaker to be firm on their message and make it unequivocal that seniors are not at risk of losing their Social Security, they’re not at risk of losing their Medicare, and they’re not at risk of lowering the payments to them,” he said. “In fact, what these audits and those — is going to do is provide more funds for senior citizens to make sure that they’re secure in their golden age.”
WH’s Leavitt: Fake News Reporters Are Trying To Make People Believe We Are Going After Social Security Checks

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt called out the “fake news” for trying to “scare” people into believing the Trump administration is coming for Social Security checks…
…So rest assured to all of the people watching your show tonight, if you paid into the system, honestly, you will continue to receive your social security checks. Do not buy into the lies from the legacy fake news media who are trying to fear you and scare you into believing otherwise. This is what we’ve seen them do about President Trump for years with every promise that he has made, and he’s going in there to protect your hard-earned money. That is the ultimate goal.
The Difference Between the Private and Public Sector

With the private sector, exchanges are mostly inclined to benefit all parties.
While contemplating issues academically and analytically, one can easily get lost in the abstractions of statistical numbers and jargon, and end up with a misleading or incomplete understanding of the subject.
In the field of economics, for instance, one can get a different perception when abstract terms like “the economy” or “the market” are used to describe people engaging in exchanges of time, labor, and resources than would arise if one were to address people’s activities directly. Of course, addressing the “economy” or the “market” as an aggregate makes it sound homogeneous, which, though it definitely tends to be dynamic, doesn’t give the full picture.
From one’s perspective of “the market” as a single entity, one must carefully de-abstractify it and dissect it into subcategories to get a better understanding of how it really works. The distinction between the private and the public sector is the most important one to understand the market, in my opinion, and I will therefore attempt here to analyze and illustrate how they differ from a theoretical viewpoint.
What fundamentally distinguishes the two sectors? The layman may just consider both of them important and mutual parts of the economy, while many activists and economists want one or the other to dominate. If one of them is to dominate, it is crucial to get the analysis right when it comes to how they differ. To do this, I’ll analyze how the two different sectors get the money to start their operations and maintain them, as well as how they determine what and how much to produce…
… In other words, the lifeblood of the public sector is the exploitation of the private sector, while the private sector is based on voluntary and peaceful exchanges. If one here determines the latter to outdo the former, I think one ought to strive to make the private sector as big a portion of the market as possible through favoring and advocating privatization of current State-owned companies.
On the other hand, nationalization, the antithesis of privatization, goes on a road to serfdom towards more coercion, more exploitation, and less freedom. As the great French economist, Frédéric Bastiat said, “The State is the great fictitious entity by which everyone lives at the expense of everyone else.” With the private sector, however, exchanges are mostly inclined to benefit all parties.
Leaked document shows how Russia plans to take over Belarus

The document, written for Putin’s Presidential Administration, envisages the total incorporation of Belarus into a “Union State” with Russia by 2030.
A leaked internal strategy document from Vladimir Putin’s executive office and obtained by Yahoo News lays out a detailed plan on how Russia plans to take full control over neighboring Belarus in the next decade under the pretext of a merger between the two countries. The document outlines in granular detail a creeping annexation by political, economic and military means of an independent but illiberal European nation by Russia, which is an active state of war in its bid to conquer Ukraine through overwhelming force.
“Russia’s goals with regards to Belarus are the same as with Ukraine,” Michael Carpenter, the U.S. ambassador to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, told Yahoo News. “Only in Belarus, it relies on coercion rather than war. Its end goal is still wholesale incorporation.”
According to the document, issued in fall 2021, the end goal is the formation of a so-called Union State of Russia and Belarus by no later than 2030. Everything involved in the merger of the two countries has been considered, including the “harmonization” of Belarusian laws with those of the Russian Federation; a “coordinated foreign and defense policy” and “trade and economic cooperation … on the basis of the priority” of Russian interests; and “ensuring the predominant influence of the Russian Federation in the socio-political, trade-economic, scientific-educational and cultural-information spheres.”
Closing thought…with a lot of truth…
