We are living in an era when sanity is controversial and insanity is just another viewpoint—and degeneracy only another lifestyle.
Thomas Sowell
Civil rights used to be about treating everyone the same. But today some people are so used to special treatment that equal treatment is considered to be discrimination.
Thomas Sowell
Silent Majority: I think there is a silent majority that is sick of this crazy sh!t. I hope they understand their vote matters and empowering the loony left is NOT the answer.
Advice from the Beatles: In 1968, the Beatles released “Revolution,” in which John Lennon sang,
“You say you want a revolution… well, you know, you better free your mind instead.”
Certainly, he had it right. As much as the US needs a complete replacement of its political power structure, it’s unlikely that the current population of protesters have thought through how sloganeering and/or the destruction of private property will bring that about.
Rather than jump on board with provocative but irrational rhetoric and be conned into looting and burning, it might be better to “free your mind instead” – rise above the fray.
(From an essay by Jeff Thomas).
Trump Rallies & the Media: So a Trump rally is dangerous but thousands of people demonstrating (or worse, rioting) is not a health threat. The anti-Trump bias of the media is amazing and crystal clear.. Health professionals who said nothing during demonstrations and riots are deeply worried about a peaceful political rally. The far left has taken over both the Democratic Party and the Mainstream Media…neither a good thing for America.
Orwell 1984 – Please Read: Just saying, I think this would be a good time for EVERY American to read George Orwell’s classic… 1984. It’s happening!
“Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.”
Obamagate: The weaponization of both domestic and foreign intelligence against a presidential campaign from a sitting administration solely for political purposes to prevent the smooth transition of power and weaken his presidency to limit his legislative successes.
That’s what Obamagate is all about…they spied, they lied and tried to cover it up.
This should NEVER happen to ANY American…there should be bipartisan outrage!!!
Coronavirus: The new normal for the liberal mainstream media and Democratic leaders in riot torn cities…what Coronavirus?
Use common sense, keep your distance, touch less, clean everything and say a little prayer, it can’t hurt!

We Must Stop the Great Unraveling
Across the United States, a great unraveling is in progress. A rolling crime wave, under the guise of social activism, has left city after American city shattered and smoldering. Armed anarchists seized territory inside Seattle with the blessing of local government. In Minneapolis and other cities, a campaign to enfeeble or eliminate the police has gained full legitimacy. In Kentucky, the governor has vowed to provide free health care only to one racial group. In the private sector, companies such as Uber Eats have pledged their commitment to a policy of race-conscious discrimination as well. And major media organs sanction all of the above as proper and good.
The unraveling goes further still. Social-justice mobs have taken aim at freedom of expression, inventing new heresies daily and ruining the lives of those who unwittingly give voice to them. Forced confessions and language proscriptions are the order of the day. Poetry, fiction, movies, and television shows—including children’s cartoons—are canceled and excised from history. Indeed, all art and opinion are now subject to the chopping block lest they prove insufficiently propagandistic.
To rewrite the present, the mob has rewritten the past. They have forced upon us a distorted and grotesque version of American history. With the support of corporations and education boards, school textbooks and curricula tell of an unredeemable America founded not on the promise of human liberty but human bondage. What’s more, this history discounts the transformative progress on racial equality for which Americans—black and white—have given their lives.
US election 2020: Donald Trump on course for victory despite protests
The US President has been under fierce attack this week after his decision to deploy the National Guard to deal with protesters after some of them became violent.
But according to an exclusive poll carried out by the Democracy Institute in America, President Trump is still one point ahead of his Democrat rival, the former Vice President Joe Biden by 48 percent to 47 percent with 5 percent undecided.
Crucially though Mr Trump is six points ahead in the swing states of Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin by 50 percent to 44 percent.
Based on these results the President would see off his rival in the electoral college by 293 votes to 245 with Trump picking up Minnesota where George Floyd was killed and the Democrat stronghold of New Hampshire but losing Michigan and Wisconsin.
In a week where he has faced intense scrutiny and criticism the shock poll suggests that voters in the US approve of the way he has handled the crisis by 56 percent to 40 percent.
In a week where violent protests have damaged many people’s businesses, property and lives, Trump’s decision to call Antifa protest group “terrorists” got a 56 percent approval rating while the same number think Biden has not been strong enough in condemning violence.
The Real History of Antifa – The dark history of the radical Left’s enforcement arm.
With riots and civil unrest metastasizing across the United States, the president declared he intends to designate Antifa as a terrorist group. Predictably, the talking heads rushed out to declare that Antifa doesn’t really exist, and even if it did the president couldn’t possibly target it using that legal designation. They argue Antifa is an amorphous blob of discontents, not a functioning organization, and certainly not one which could be designated and targeted for concentrated counterterrorism enforcement.
As usual, the Twitterati don’t know what they are talking about. Reality is both simpler and more complex.
To begin at the beginning: Antifa—real name: Antifaschisitsche Aktion—was born during the street-fights of the 1932 Weimar Republic.
It was founded by the Stalinist Communist Party of Germany (KPD), although various Communist “anti-fascist defense” units were associated with the KPD much earlier.
Anti-fascist Action’s sole purpose was to help the KPD combat other political parties for control of the streets in the revolutionary politics of the rapidly failing Weimar Republic.
And yes, they fought the Nazis.
But they also fought liberal parties, conservative parties, and anyone and everyone who got in their way. While these early antecedents were short-lived, it is useful to view Antifa in this context. More than anything, Antifa exists to serve as a tool of revolutionary politics in a failed (or failing) state.
Here come the thought police
Accounting professor Gordon Klein is at risk of losing his job.
The University of California, Los Angeles teaching veteran and Detroit native informed a student via email that he wouldn’t alter his final exam schedule or grading policies for black students in light of the protests following George Floyd’s death.
Klein’s response was in line with the university’s faculty policies. But that didn’t stop the backlash.
The professor, who has taught at UCLA for nearly 40 years and hasn’t received a prior complaint for discrimination, is now on mandatory leave after a university dean labeled his response as an “abuse of power” and criticized Klein’s tone.
Protester Shot In New Mexico Leads to Charges and It Shows the Double Standard On ‘Agitation’
As my colleague streiff covered yesterday, a protester was shot in New Mexico after he and a vicious mob attempted to kill a man on camera. How do I know their intentions? Because they were literally yelling to kill him.
Despite this being an obvious case of self-defense by the person who shot, Democrat New Mexico politicians took sides immediately. The mayor blamed the shooter and the governor vowed to go after the “instigator.”
The man has been charged with a crime for saving his own life.
Lockdowns Hit Minority Businesses
If Covid-19 cases keep rising in the weeks to come, city and state leaders might reimpose a strict lockdown. They should bear in mind who’d be harmed most by the ensuing economic destruction. From February to April, the number of active black business owners fell 41%, according to an analysis last week from the National Bureau of Economic Research.
“This study provides the first estimates of the early-stage effects of COVID-19 on small business owners,” writes Robert Fairlie, an economist at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Overall, he finds, “the number of working business owners plummeted from 15.0 million in February 2020 to 11.7 million in April 2020.” That’s a drop of 3.3 million, or 22%.
This shock is unprecedented. “No other one-, two- or even 12-month window of time has ever shown such a large change in business activity,” Mr. Fairlie says. “For comparison, from the start to end of the Great Recession the number of business owners decreased by 730,000 representing only a 5 percent reduction.” Judging by the number of active small businesses, the Covid lockdown was the equivalent, in only weeks, of four Great Recessions.
“No group was immune to negative impacts of social distancing policy mandates and demand shifts,” Mr. Fairlie writes. But the damage wasn’t spread evenly. About 441,000 black business owners, or 41%, disappeared from the data. For Latino businesses the figures were 658,000, or 32%; for immigrants, 1.1 million, or 36%; and for women, 1.3 million, or 25%.
The Monument Mobs Don’t Hate The Confederacy, They Hate America
Angry mobs are tearing down and defacing monuments across America. They make no distinction between Confederate and Union, abolitionist and pro-slavery, 15th-century figures and 20th. They don’t care when a monument was erected, who built it, or why. They have not come to debate or persuade their fellow citizens to relocate these statues to museums or private property. They believe the debate is over and that they have won.
The Confederacy Isn’t the Target
Their target is not the Confederacy. It is the United States. They mean to destroy symbols of American history writ large, because to them all of American history is racist and genocidal. Their goal is not to cleanse a nation they love of monuments to Confederate traitors who tried to secede, but to cleanse their consciences of ever having loved such an evil and irredeemably racist country in the first place.
That is why you see mobs defacing statues of abolitionists like Matthias Baldwin and Union war heroes like Adm. David Farragut and Gen. George Thomas. That is why the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier of the American Revolution in Philadelphia was vandalized this past weekend with the words “committed genocide.” That is why statues of Christopher Columbus were torn down or beheaded in three cities last week. That is why officials in Dallas recently removed a Texas Ranger statue from Love Field Airport. That is why a mob of college students toppled two statues of American pioneers on the University of Oregon campus. That is why Black Lives Matter protesters in San Antonio, Texas, are threatening to march on the Alamo.
NBC, Google, Foreign Fascists Target Conservative Media
Well isn’t this typical of exactly the problem. NBC News’ Adele-Momoko Fraser, a London based “journalist” with the NBC News Verification Unit, happily wrote this story that was posted on the NBC website. The headline:
Google bans website ZeroHedge from its ad platform over comments on protest articles
The “journalist” reported her story this way:
“Google has banned ZeroHedge, a far-right website that often traffics in conspiracy theories, from its advertising platform over policy violations found in the comments section of stories about recent Black Lives Matter protests.
Google also issued a warning on Tuesday to The Federalist over comments on articles related to recent protests.
A Google spokesperson said in an email on Monday that it demonetized the websites after determining they violated its policies on content related to race.
“We have strict publisher policies that govern the content ads can run on and explicitly prohibit derogatory content that promotes hatred, intolerance, violence or discrimination based on race from monetizing,” the spokesperson wrote. “When a page or site violates our policies, we take action. In this case, we’ve removed both sites’ ability to monetize with Google.”
After the publication of this story, Google backtracked Tuesday, clarifying that The Federalist had been warned about policy violations but still had time to address them. It now has three days to remove the violations before a ban goes into effect.
On Wednesday morning, Google said The Federalist had removed the comments that violated its policies and that it would take no further action.
You can’t order police officers to die for your politics
Now that the Senate GOP has begun the process of rolling out their own version of a “police reform” bill, predictable partisan fights are already breaking out. One of the major bones of contention is the idea that the bill would “discourage” the use of chokeholds by the cops during confrontations with non-compliant, disruptive or violent suspects. As with some other provisions, this doesn’t go far enough for the liberals and Democrats who are aiming to either defund or abolish the police, but will settle for as much as they can get in the meantime. They want the maneuver to be forbidden entirely with punishment meted out to any cops who violate the prohibition. (Washington Post)
Report: 1,797,910 Firearms Sold in April 2020, a 71.3% Increase Over April 2019
A report by Small Arms Analytics & Forecasting (SAAF) estimates that in April 2020 there were 1,797,910 gun sales, an increase of 71.3% over the April 2019 sales.
As the SAAF estimated, “April 2020 U.S. firearms unit sales [were] at 1,797,910 units, a year-over-year increase of 71.3% from April 2019. Likely single handgun sales (1,085,046) increased year-over-year by 83.1% whereas single long-gun sales (560,353) increased year-over-year by 51.7%.”
“All other likely background check-related sales (152,512) increased year-over-year by 74.6%,” said the SAAF. “This includes so-called ‘multiple’ sales where the allocation between handguns and long-guns cannot be determined from the data record.”
After two unfavorable Supreme Court rulings, Trump vows to draft new list of potential justices
President Trump is calling for new Supreme Court justices – and is vowing to produce a list of names by September – after the high court twice this week issued rulings against his administration.
The court on Monday declined to hear an administration case challenging California law that prevents local law enforcement from cooperating with federal immigration authorities in efforts to deport illegal immigrants.
On Thursday, the high court ruled against the administration’s effort to end the 8-year-old Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which gives legal protection to roughly 650,000 young people brought into the United States illegally by their parents.
Pelosi Orders Four Portraits of Former Democratic Speakers Removed From U.S. Capitol
On Thursday, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi ordered the removal from the Capitol Building of four portraits of former Democratic House speakers who had ties to the Confederacy. Robert Hunter of Virginia, James Orr of South Carolina, Howell Cobb and Charles Crisp of Georgia. The removal of the portraits is the latest meaningless gesture from the speaker and Democrats following the death of George Floyd.
Pelosi sent a letter to House Clerk Cheryl Johnson ordering the removal of the four portraits in observance of Juneteenth, an unofficial holiday commemorating the Republican’s emancipation of the last slaves in the Confederacy.
“There is no room in the hallowed halls of Congress or in any place of honor for memorializing men who embody the violent bigotry and grotesque racism of the Confederacy,” Pelosi proclaimed.
Just hours after Pelosi’s letter to the House clerk, the portraits were taken down and carried away.
Former Bolton Chief Of Staff Explains The ‘Turning Point’ That ‘Disproves The Whole Book’
Former National Security Council Chief of Staff Fred Fleitz told Martha MacCallum on Thursday that what his former boss described as a “turning point” for his views about President Donald Trump’s capabilities to lead actually “disproves the whole book.”
National Security Advisor John Bolton’s upcoming book, “The Room Where It Happens,” is reportedly filled with criticisms of Trump’s decisions, leadership capability, and fitness for office. Although copies have been distributed to media outlets including the Daily Caller, the Justice Department has attempted to block the book from its scheduled June 23 publication by filing a lawsuit against the former national security advisor.
Fleitz said during “The Story with Martha MacCallum” that he had called for Bolton to “withdraw the book” in January because he doesn’t believe someone in that position “should be revealing internal candid discussions with the president.”
